Welcome to the Tutoria AI platform (Tutoria)!

Our goal is to support everyone in improving their language skills through AI-powered one-on-one language lessons. To ensure that everyone can benefit from Tutoria in a safe and effective way, please comply with all applicable laws and respect the rights of individuals when using Tutoria and its services. These Community Guidelines explain the core rules you must follow while using Tutoria.

If we determine that these guidelines have been violated, we reserve the right to take necessary actions including removing content, restricting access to services, suspending, blocking, or terminating accounts, and reporting the incident to relevant authorities when necessary.

Compliance with Laws

Tutoria aims to provide a safe and lawful environment. Activities or content that violate any national, local, or international laws are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Terrorist acts or other crimes against humanity

• Human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse

• Trade of drugs, weapons, or controlled substances

• Violence, assault, sexual assault, domestic abuse

• Vandalism, theft, robbery, or crimes against property

Protection of Minors

Any content that threatens, exploits, harms, or depicts minors in sexual or violent ways is strictly prohibited. Accounts producing or sharing such content will be removed immediately and reported to the authorities if necessary.

Content Safety

• Content containing pornography, nudity, sexual images, or services

• Content involving violence, blood, injuries, torture, dismemberment, or harm to animals

Misinformation and Harmful Content

Tutoria may not be used to create or disseminate misleading or harmful information. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• False or misleading medical advice or health claims

• Conspiracy theories or disinformation campaigns

• False information about elections, voting, or public policy

• Misleading content about natural disasters or emergencies

• Content that incites hatred, fear, or prejudice

Harassment

Tutoria does not permit any form of harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Defamatory, insulting, degrading, or personally attacking language

• Sexual objectification, exclusion, shaming, or trolling

• Psychological manipulation or emotional abuse

Hate Speech

Tutoria values diversity and enforces a zero-tolerance policy against hate speech. Prohibited content includes:

• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred

• Insults or threats based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or immigration status

• Claims of superiority, derogatory language, or hate-related symbols

Self-Harm

Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Suicide

• Eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)

• Cutting or other forms of self-injury

Privacy Protection

We respect the privacy of our users. Sharing the following types of personal information is prohibited:

• Identity documents, addresses, or contact information

• Medical data, personal images, or private recordings

• Social media credentials, passwords, or private profile information

Intellectual Property Rights

Sharing or producing content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is not allowed. Violating the personal rights of others also constitutes a breach of platform rules.
